How do I create a project?
There are a few options.
1. You can choose the My Floor Plans option or one of the room types in the Home page: Living room, Kitchen, Bedroom, etc. Just tap the plus sign and create the room! Then choose a room shape or draw walls from scratch. You can also add a background image and measure the space.
2. You can find and save projects from the Ideas page. Click on the project you would like to edit. Also, you can save ideas using the Star button. Saved ideas will be available on the Home page.
How do I upload my background image?
1. The Background function is available when you start a new project from scratch in the menu called My Floor Plans Import as an Image button. Also, you can find it in the project settings in 2D mode by using the Add Floor Plan Background Image menu item.
2. How do I add a background?
Choose and upload an Image.
Define a floor plan scale using 2 points and the length between them.
Build the walls.
After you finish the room, the background image will be automatically hidden.
What if my background disappears?
You can find hidden backgrounds in the project settings in 2D mode. Tap the Show Floor Plan Background Image item in the menu.
How do I edit the background?
You can replace the background with a new one. Go to the project settings in 2D mode and tap the Change Floor Plan Background Image item.
How do I save a project and find it later?
All the projects automatically save all changes. You can explore your projects on the Home page - My Rooms.
How do I delete a saved design?
Go to the Home page - choose one of the room types, My Floor Plans, for example - tap Edit in the top right corner - choose the projects you want to delete and click the trash button.
How do I zoom in and out?
Use two fingers to scale the screen and one finger to rotate it.
How do I move the wall?
Open the 2D plan - tap Edit Room - choose the wall you want to move - move it with your fingers or set a new room size using the wall settings (only for PRO users).
How do I change the wall's height, length, and thickness?
Tap the wall in either 2D or 3D mode - choose the blue settings button - set the thickness, length, and ceiling height.
How to remove or to add plinths and ceiling moldings?
To remove moldings, tap the wall - choose the blue settings button - switch off either plinths, ceiling moldings, or both.
Also, you can tap Moldings and then tap the trash button. To add moldings, tap the 3rd special blue button with a molding icon.
How do I hide the wall?
Tap the wall - choose blue settings button - tap the Hidden switcher.
How do I see the 2D plan of the walls and ceiling?
Click on the wall or ceiling and choose the blue 2D button.
How can I recolor one particular wall and ceiling?
Click the wall or ceiling and choose the blue palette button.
How do I add curtains?
There are two ways:
Tap the window - tap the blue Curtains button - choose one of the options in the menu.
Tap the Add furniture button - found in the Decoration/Curtains catalog menu and choose one of the options in the menu.
How do I add a window view?
Tap the window - tap the Select view button and choose one of the pictures from the menu or install a new one. To delete the window view, click the No view option.
How do I add a windowsill?
This function will be available soon. Tap here to push the progress.
How do I take a photo/rendering?
Tap the photo icon in the project and follow the instructions.
How do I change photo/rendering size?
Choose the quality of the photo in the top right corner.
The full HD size is available for PRO accounts only.
The 4K size is available for Commercial accounts only.
How do I make evening lighting?
Choose the Sun icon in the center of the photo mode to set the lighting.
How do I move or rotate an item?
To move an item, tap it and drag your finger or use the moving button.
To rotate an item, choose one of the ways:
1. Choose an item in 3D mode - tap the rotation button to rotate the item by a 45-degree step with every click.
2. Choose an item - open 2D mode - tap the rotation button - and rotate the item with a free degree.
How do I change the size of an item?
Two ways here:
1. Choose an item - scale the screen as close to the item as possible - then tap the dots on the corners of the form and pull it.
2. Choose an item - tap the settings button - then set the size you want.
How can I change the furniture color or texture?
Choose an item - tap the blue palette button - and choose a texture or upload your own (only for PRO users).
Can I create custom furniture?
You can use Construction items from our catalog to create new furniture and customize it as you want. Also, using these items you can create multi-level floors and ceilings, sloped ceilings, unusual forms of walls, etc.
Can I export a 2D plan?
To upload 2D plan, tap the project settings - tap Export then pick one of the plans.
There are a few options for 2D plans:
1. Full-Color Screenshot
2.Real Estate Floor Plan (only for Commercial accounts)
3. Architectural Floor Plan (only for Commercial accounts)
Can I export the project to 3ds Max?
This option is available for PRO accounts only. To get the project, go to the project settings menu - tap Export scene to 3ds Max - then fill in the mail form and your scene will be automatically sent.
Can I export the project to CAD?
This option is currently not available. We hope to have it soon! Tap here to push the progress.
Do you have a desktop/browser version?
We have a desktop version available for
Windows. All the products are available on our website.
How do I add a picture frame?
This option is currently not available. We hope to have it soon!
How do I add second and additional floors?
We don't yet support floor plans with multiple floors in it. That's something we will be working on in future.
You should create new floor plan for your second floor. You can start from scratch or from existing floor plan.
To copy existing floor plan, long tap on it and tap "copy" icon that appears.
How can I add my items to the catalog?
We are continuously adding new products and materials for you to use in the designs. In the meantime, please feel free to send your product suggestions to us at email@example.com
I found a bug! What can I do?
If you have a problem with one of the projects - please go to the project settings - tap Contact us - and describe your problem.Also, it is helpful if you add some screenshots or a video. The project link will be automatically attached to the letter and we will be able to see your bug.

How do I change app language on iPhone?
Open "Settings" app. Swipe down a bit to reveal search. Type in "Room Planner" in search and choose it in search results. Choose "Language" you like in "Preferred language" section.
How do I move my designs to new device?
Easiest way is to enable sync service (a Pro feature) on your old device and make sure that all your designs are synced to cloud. Use same Facebook or Google account to login on new device and your designs will be restored.
Alternatively you can go to your room, click "Export" icon and choose "Export link" option. Save that link somewhere (you can send e-mail to yourself). On new device install the app and click on saved link. That will restore your design.
